1General Terms

Biggwin live (hereinafter "Platform" or "we") is an international online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and biggwin live.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on biggwin live:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on active promotions and account level.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Withdrawals start from a minimum of ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Funds deposited into your account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Biggwin live reserves the right to report any suspected money laundering or other suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.

4Bonuses & Promotions

Biggwin live offers a variety of bonus promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. General bonus policy:

• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit.
• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement (the number of times you must bet). This is clearly stated on the bonus page.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once, or engaging in group betting (bonus sharing), will result in the bonus being voided.
• Biggwin live reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on biggwin live:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a bet or game, biggwin live reserves the right to void that bet.
• Match fixing and betting based on insider information are strictly prohibited in Sports Betting.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG and are completely fair.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

Any disputes regarding odds and payouts will be resolved through biggwin live's support team.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on biggwin live:

• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software or systems.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device.
• Attempting to share bonuses with other members or claim bonuses jointly.
• Using fraudulent or stolen payment methods.

7Account Suspension & Termination

Biggwin live reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms.
• Failure to submit required KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months).
• By order of a court or government authority.
• If fraudulent or suspicious behaviour is detected.

If a permanently closed account holds a valid balance and no violation has been confirmed, a refund may be issued following verification.

8Responsible Gaming
